Practicing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development and Pressing the “Acceleration Button” for High-Quality Development — A Case Study of Tianjin Binhai-Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park 

This paper, set against the background of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, focuses on the practices and achievements of the Tianjin Binhai-Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park in the local transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The study finds that through the establishment of platforms for resource integration, technological breakthroughs, innovation achievement transformation, and financial services, the Tianjin Binhai-Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park has successfully built a cross-regional cooperation mechanism, promoting the efficient flow and allocation of technological elements. The park has made significant progress in facilitating the local transformation of scientific and technological achievements, attracting a large number of technology enterprises and innovative projects. The study suggests that the practices of the Tianjin Binhai-Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park provide valuable experience for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and offer insights for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in other regions across the country.
